Communication strategies

Nowadays, the introduction of new technologies may result in major social problems, which have often become an obstacle to implementing investments with excellent technological preparation.

The study of social interactions with new technologies leads to conclusions regarding, among others: communication strategies. The media environment of a given community is also often examined. This may result in recommendations regarding strategies and communication channels needed to implement social change, or prepare response scenarios to the expected behavior of stakeholders. After diagnosing communication deficits, we can develop strategies for effective actions.

RRI Strategies

In accordance with the European Union’s policy, projects related to new technologies and financed from EU funds, i.e. Horizon Europe, should take into account the broadly understood impact on society and take into account various consequences of the potential implementation of the results of R&D works.

We offer participation in scientific consortia in international projects by creating research components consistent with the Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) methodology in 6 areas:

  • social participation and involvement;
  • gender equality;
    free access to research results;
  • science education;
    management;
  • ethics.

R&D infrastructure planning

Innovative institutions and enterprises plan many activities in the field of research and development. This often requires developing a strategy for such activities, supported by a needs analysis, but also organizing the technical and process infrastructure needed to launch such activities.

We have extensive experience in this area, as evidenced by the development of numerous technological audits, as well as reports on what type of research infrastructure should be purchased by given institutions or companies for the most optimal development.

Based on the work carried out, clients were able to optimize their investments in research infrastructure and adapt it to adequate needs, which will determine investment directions anticipating not only demand, but also future technology development.

Identifying public funds for development

Many activities, both economic and as part of participation in the processes of applying for public funds, contain elements of innovation.

In many cases, the presence of an institutionalized technological and innovation partner is a key competition requirement.

We help in the difficult process of finding a technology partner. Based on identified technological needs, we select innovative partners and assist in the process of establishing consortiums.

As a research network institute, we also offer support in the process and coordination of activities within joint initiatives (partner in the consortium).

Our competences in this area are:

  • Finding technology partners,
  • Creating, operating and supporting consortiums,
  • Internationalization of the process of searching for technological partners

Finding technology partners

We are part of the Łukasiewicz Research Network. It consists of 25 scientific and research institutes covering areas such as health, digital transformation, smart, clean mobility and green and low-emission energy. The Łukasiewicz Research Network is people and innovative devices/solutions. The network employs over 4,500 scientists and has over 4,000 devices for conducting research, including many key and unique devices in the country.

Such resources are synergized by us. Based on our experience and extensive knowledge of Łukasiewiczau, we select the appropriate institute, engage experts and specific technologies to perform the tasks resulting from the role of a consortium member.

We are ready to meet your expectations. Will you join us?!

Internationalization

Poland is involved in many innovation-related activities that require international cooperation. For Polish entrepreneurs, despite the interesting scope of such programs and their own competences in this respect, the process of finding foreign partners with complementary competences is very difficult.

We ensure finding such partnerships, assisting in their creation, writing applications and operational work. Both through activities at the central and local levels.

Organizing and managing clusters

Clusters offer a beneficial ecosystem that encourages competition and cooperation between companies with different industrial origins, technological and business knowledge. We work persistently and with commitment to the success of cluster members. We just try harder.

We provide professional services to entities operating in the cluster area, using specialist knowledge, the aim of which is to solve the problem posed by the service recipient – the cluster entity. Providing professional services requires, first of all, specialized knowledge and high qualifications supported by acquired and documented education and experience.
