prof. dr hab. Leszek Kwieciński

Research employee at the University of Wrocław. Scientific interests of prof. L. Kwieciński's research focuses on innovation policy, academic entrepreneurship and the processes of Europeanization and public management. In the years 2016-2020, Member of the NCBR Council and the Audiovisual Technologies Center in Wrocław (currently Wrocławska Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych). He completed numerous internships abroad, including: WISTA Technologie Park Berlin, Stanford University, Technische Univeristät Dresden, Staatskanzlei Dresden, Turku School of Economics, Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln, Ruhr-Universtät Bochum, State University of St. Petersburg or Charles University Prague. Member of the Board of Advisors of the Business Center Club - Lower Silesian Lodge. External expert in the National Foresight Program Poland 2020, participant in the work of working groups for the preparation of the Lower Silesian Innovation Strategy (2004 and 2011) and working groups for the preparation of the Development Strategy of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (SRWD) for 2007-13 and 2014-2020. Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Strategic Program of Scientific Research and Development "Social and Economic Development of Poland in the Conditions of Globalizing markets" - GOSPOSTRATEG
Edyta Masłowska-Parafian
deputy director for finance and operations
Master's degree in management, with 20 years of experience in financial management and shaping and implementing the financial strategy of entities. She played a key role in creating a management and financing system for projects implemented under European funds at the Ministry of Regional Development. As deputy director of the Educational Research Institute for finance and management, she had a direct impact on the development of the financial strategy and management of the institute. Author or co-author of many publications on the management and financing of initiatives under European funds, as well as a number of procedures, management and control systems for entities participating in the EU funds implementation system

prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska-Skierkowska

philosopher, researcher of the development of new technologies, especially green and sustainable technology, humanoid artificial intelligence, social robots and wearable technologies. She obtained her doctorate in humanities in the discipline of philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw.
dr Mariusz Strojny

doctor of economics with over twenty years of professional experience in economic consulting, information and knowledge management, project management and market research. He gained professional experience in the consulting company KPMG. He works at the Warsaw School of Economics.
