Adam Rosik, MSc Eng.

An IP analyst and expert in assessing innovation and technological sovereignty across various industries and economic sectors. An experienced professional in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of industrial property, technological trends, and IP risks—all of which are essential for technology commercialization and transfer.

It focuses on providing recommendations to facilitate the management of innovation development, the identification of competitors, and the selection of partners for collaboration and implementation.

Drawing on his expertise and many years of experience working with Orange Labs’ technical and creative teams, he effectively bridges the gap between an engineering approach and business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

In his professional work, he focuses on supporting innovation processes, assessing technology readiness, and developing solutions with high implementation potential. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and Kozminski University, he is the inventor of a smart-grid technology.
