Our Institute is a unique venture. Combining research and development with analytical and expert activities, we focus on the possibility of implementing the research carried out in business. We are scientists among entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs among scientists.

HOW THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORKS
You build your development, after meeting formal and additional requirements,
under the following positions:
Step 1
Online application
This is the most important moment when everything begins.
If you find an interesting job offer send your resume and cover letter and other documents, in case such a requirement is in the job offer,
Step 2
Application Selection
We carefully analyze all applications submitted. We select candidates who most closely meet the requirements specified in the job description and contact them immediately.
Step 3
Phone call
Make yourself known. During the phone call we will talk about your key competencies, motivation and formal requirements for the specific position.
It will also be an opportunity to see why you should join us.
Step 4
Interview (online or offline)
We will meet with selected candidates for an interview. We will ask you
about your previous work experience, knowledge and skills required for the position. We will introduce you to the organizational culture and values of our company.
We will also provide information about your future responsibilities and professional challenges.The interview is always conducted by an HR employee and a potential direct supervisor.
In addition, we may ask you to perform a recruitment task, such as:
- task to prepare before the first meeting,
- simulation task (case study),
tests of competence, practical knowledge or language , - tests of knowledge of computer programs.
- You will always be informed about the tasks before the interview.
Step 5
Feedback and job offer
At Łukasiewicz – ITECH, we value a culture based on feedback and strive to provide it to all participants in the recruitment process. However, due to the large number of applications, we provide detailed information about the outcome of the interview primarily to candidates qualified for further stages.
