An expert in the field of energy transition, she combines academic and research experience with management practice in the energy sector. She holds a doctoral degree in technical sciences and managerial qualifications, and her work focuses on energy systems analysis, technology assessment, and designing sector directions in the context of public policies and energy security.
Her experience includes work in research institutions and large industrial entities in the energy sector. During her career, she was responsible for the implementation and supervision of research and development projects, the development of strategic programs and the evaluation of innovative technologies. A particularly important stage of her activity was as Director of the Measurement and Research Laboratory Branch at PGNiG S.A. and then ORLEN S.A., where she was responsible for managing research and development activities, initiating the development of areas related to hydrogen and biomethane technologies, and strengthening the approach to innovation at the organizational and decision-making level.
He has an engineering background in the area of chemical and process technologies, including industrial process analysis, energy efficiency assessment and interpretation of technological data. His work combines technical approaches with systems analysis, developing expertise in process modeling, regulatory impact assessment and life cycle analysis of energy solutions.
The topics of her master’s and doctoral thesis focused on issues related to energy technologies (biomethane) and industrial processes, which is the foundation of her current specialization in the area of energy transition.
She has participated in the development of research strategies and represented the sector in national and international expert bodies, including the Hydrogen Agreement at the Ministry of Climate and Environment and Hydrogen Europe.
At Lukasiewicz – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology, he is responsible for developing research and analytical activities in the field of energy transition, particularly in the areas of public policy analysis, energy system modeling, identification of technology trends and development of recommendations for public administration and business.
Research areas: energy transition, hydrogen, biomethane and nuclear technologies, energy security and public policies
