Biography

Główny specjalistą w Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology and a professor at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has over 15 years of experience leading teams working on research and development projects.

He has led and co-led projects funded by Polish and European framework programmes, including H2020, Horizon Europe, and the European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). He is a member of the Polish Committee for Standardization on Artificial Intelligence, where he focuses on issues related to data use in AI systems.

Dr. Siedlecki is the author of two patents and more than 40 publications—primarily in the fields of chemoinformatics, machine learning, and neural networks. He has collaborated with the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg.

Research Areas: Analysis of public policies related to the development of innovation, technology transfer, and the implementation of research and development project outcomes
