Biography
A lawyer specializing in providing comprehensive legal services to public and private entities, including corporations, with a particular focus on contract law, regulatory compliance, and legal risk assessment. He advises on contractual processes, drafting and reviewing documents critical to the organization’s operations. He currently serves as Chief In-House Legal Specialist, responsible for ensuring the consistency of the Institute’s procedures, regulations, and internal policies, and for collaborating with department heads on the implementation of solutions compliant with applicable regulations.
He gained experience in large Warsaw law firms, where he participated in the preparation of corporate documentation, legal opinions and due diligence, as well as in the public sector, handling cases in the area of equal treatment and protection of foreigners’ rights. In his work, he combines an analytical approach with a practical understanding of organizational processes.
