Matthew Lots is a lawyer specializing in providing comprehensive legal services to public and private entities, including corporations, with a particular focus on contract law, regulatory compliance and legal risk assessment. He advises on contractual processes, preparing and reviewing documents of key importance to the organization’s operations. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer of In House, responsible for ensuring the consistency of the Institute’s procedures, regulations and internal acts, and working with department heads to implement solutions that comply with applicable regulations.
He gained experience in large Warsaw law firms, where he participated in the preparation of corporate documentation, legal opinions and due diligence, as well as in the public sector, handling cases in the area of equal treatment and protection of foreigners’ rights. In his work, he combines an analytical approach with a practical understanding of organizational processes.
