Graduate of psychology at the University of Warsaw. She has many years of experience in coordination and management of processes and projects, including those financed by the European Union and implemented in an international environment.
Previously associated with the University of Warsaw, where she was responsible for, among other things, project portfolio management, obtaining grants from EU and national funds, and cooperation within the consortia of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. She specializes in structuring complex project processes, working with stakeholders and supporting decision-making and strategic processes at the interface of science, technology and public policies. Experience gained in academia and EU projects has allowed her to function effectively within demanding procedures and regulations.
