She has a practice in the areas of labor law, recruitment, onboarding, periodic evaluations, restructuring and building organizational culture. In her work, she combines legal knowledge with a developmental approach, supporting business goals and team development. She is guided by Gallup’s talent-based approach, supporting people in discovering and developing their potential.
At the Łukasiewicz Research Network, he coordinates the “Olympic Athletes at Łukasiewicz” mentoring program, which is dedicated to the most talented young people and focused on developing their skills and gaining experience in a research environment.
