He has a practice in the areas of labor law, recruitment, onboarding, periodic evaluations, restructuring and building organizational culture. In her work, she combines legal knowledge with a developmental approach, supporting business goals and team development. She is guided by Gallup’s talent-based approach, supporting people in discovering and developing their potential.
For the past 3 years, at the Lukasiewicz Research Network, she has coordinated the “Olympians at Lukasiewicz” program dedicated to the most talented young people.
