Prof. Jacek Wojnicki, Ph.D. – graduate of the University of Warsaw, political scientist, titular professor, specializing in the problems of public policies, political systems and public administration (primarily local government). He was an expert of the Jerzy Regulski Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy, the National Institute of Local Government.
Experience in public administration: Chancellery of the Sejm and the Capital City Hall. Author of national and international scientific and analytical studies, including: more than 20 author monographs, 4 co-authored monographs, 7 edited monographs, 7 co-edited monographs, more than 150 articles and chapters, as well as more than a dozen expert studies and about a dozen popular science texts.
He has held a number of research internships and study visits, including to Taipei, Chengdu, Banska Bystrica, Brno, Zagreb, Györ, Pecsu, Belgrade, Ljubljana, Skopje, Ottawa, Klaipeda. He has worked with national and foreign government and local government entities. Winner of university awards. He has held and continues to hold academic positions, including head of the Department of Political Systems.
