Scientist and science manager with experience in leading interdisciplinary research and development projects in the areas of chemistry, biotechnology and nanotechnology. Graduated from the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology (master’s degree in industrial biotechnology), the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw (bachelor’s degree in proteomics) and the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Warsaw (PhD in organic chemistry). Author of scientific publications in the areas of chemistry, chemical engineering, nanotechnology and biotechnology. Winner of the Prime Minister’s Award for an outstanding doctoral dissertation. She spent almost 5 years abroad, carrying out research projects at prestigious scientific institutions (McGill University in Canada, Oxford University, University of Southern Denmark, Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
She supports cooperation between science and business. For two years, she coordinated the work of the Lukasiewicz Green Low Carbon Economy Research Group, bringing together representatives of 20 Lukasiewicz Institutes, identifying new prospective directions of development, supporting cooperation with industry experts and building project consortia.
