Oskar Kosenda is a lawyer. He studied at the University of Lodz and is currently working on his PhD at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Lodz. He gained experience in the third sector, supporting associations and foundations in conducting outreach to the business community and at the Lukasiewicz Center, where he was responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic projects.
His research interests include constitutional law, European integration, and technological sovereignty.
