Head of the global economy team at the Polish Economic Institute (since 2020). Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Warsaw and the Fulbright Program at Johns Hopkins University (SAIS). He gained analytical and research experience at the Polish Institute of International Affairs and Policy Insight, among others. He has authored and co-authored numerous publications on U.S. and European trade policy, international agreement negotiations, the U.S.-China trade dispute, foreign investment, industrial policy and climate policy.
