Communications and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and public sectors. Graduate of the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University with a specialization in strategic marketing. For many years she carried out complex communication and marketing projects, supporting the development of brands and products in various industries.
A key milestone in her career was working with EIT Food, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology, bringing together the science, business and education communities to transform food systems toward greater sustainability and innovation. This experience shaped her approach to communications as a tool for real social impact.
She specializes in 360° communication management, campaign design, building consistent narratives and reputation management. At the center of her work is responsible communication – understood as ethical and conscious shaping of messages, building trust and positive social impact.
She currently serves as Area Leader and Head of Communications and Promotion at the Lukasiewicz Research Network – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology, responsible for the institute’s communications and marketing activities.
