Chief Specialist in the Department of Strategy and Analysis at EUSI partnering institution, Łukasiewicz – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology. He is a trained lawyer (Jagiellonian University, Kraków) and has also pursued studies in international relations and EU diplomacy at the College of Europe in Bruges. As a research assistant took part in academic mobility projects at the University of Vienna and at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. He gained professional experience in public administration, working in the European Affairs Division of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, and completed a traineeship at the European Parliament.
He also worked as Programme Manager of the European Forum for New Ideas at Polish Confederation Lewiatan (BusinessEurope member). His research interests include the constitutional framework of the European Union, international trade law, cultural heritage and landscape protection law, and systems for the protection of national minorities.
