Chief Specialist in the Department of Strategy and Analysis at EUSI partnering institution, Łukasiewicz – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology. He is a trained lawyer (Jagiellonian University, Kraków) and has also pursued studies in international relations and EU diplomacy at the College of Europe in Bruges. tudied at the Jagiellonian University and the College of Europe in Bruges. As part of his academic mobility, he has also been on study stays at the University of Vienna and the University of Banska Bystrica. He gained professional experience in public administration – working in the European Division of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, as well as interning at the European Parliament. He was also program manager of the European Forum for New Ideas.
He also worked as Programme Manager of the European Forum for New Ideas at Polish Confederation Lewiatan (BusinessEurope member). His research interests include the constitutional framework of the European Union, international trade law, cultural heritage and landscape protection law, and systems for the protection of national minorities.
