These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) define the rules for the use and operation of the website available at itech.lukasiewicz.gov.pl (hereinafter “Website”).
1. The Website is operated by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-879), at ul. Żelazna 87, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000860814 (hereinafter “ITECH”).
2. The Website may be used by any natural person (hereinafter “User”).
3. Use of the Website is voluntary. Access to the Website is free of charge, and the only costs incurred by the User in connection with using the Website are the costs of connecting to the server hosting the Website, the amount of which depends on the duration of the connection and the tariff applied by the User’s network operator. 4. The text of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Website. Users have access to these Terms and Conditions at any time and may download, save, and print them.
5. The condition for using the Website is to read and accept these Terms and Conditions and to comply with the rules set forth herein. By using the Website, the User declares and confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, accepts their provisions, and undertakes to comply with them.
6. Using the Website requires the User to have access to the following tools and meet all of the following technical requirements:

7. As part of the Website, ITECH provides services electronically within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344) (hereinafter “Services”) consisting of:
a. providing and displaying content and materials posted on the Website upon individual User requests;
b. providing a contact form enabling communication with ITECH;
c. providing a form enabling participation in the ongoing recruitment process as well as future recruitment processes conducted by ITECH;
d. Enabling registration for events organized by ITECH.
8. The Service Agreement is concluded upon the User’s commencement of use of the Services.
9. The Service Agreement expires upon the User’s termination of use of the Services.
10. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, social and moral norms, and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
11. The content and materials posted on the Website are the property of Łukasiewicz – ITECH or other parties and are protected by applicable law. Users have the right to browse the Website and print or save files containing the content and materials posted on the Website under a royalty-free and non-exclusive license, provided that the owner of the rights is identified. 12. Trade names or other identifying marks, including graphical marks, placed on the Website that constitute protected trademarks are protected under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law Act of 30 June 2000 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 286), and any use thereof may only take place with the prior written consent of the authorized parties.
13. ITECH may collect Users’ personal data through the Website. More information on the privacy policy and personal data protection procedures is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
14. ITECH reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. It will notify Users of any changes to the Terms and Conditions within 7 days before the changes take effect by publishing a consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the Website. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, continued use of the Website constitutes a declaration of intent by the User, signifying acceptance of the changes to the Terms and Conditions.
