Gender Equality Plan

Lukasiewicz – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology is introducing a Gender Equality Plan that defines goals for equal treatment of women and men, actions to achieve these goals, performance indicators and organizational units that will be responsible for achieving the goals.

The Gender Equality Plan is aimed at all employees of Lukasiewicz – ITECH, and its goal is to respect the value of gender equality. We strive to make the Institute a place that functions with respect for the principles of equality and diversity and free from discrimination.

The Gender Equality Plan was prepared on the basis of an analysis of the situation of women and men at Lukasiewicz – ITECH. The data necessary for this analysis was collected in 2022 and 2023.
