Evaluation of the system of support for links between science and business

The main objective is to evaluate the functioning of the units set up to support the commercialization process of scientific research and to analyze the possibility of demonstrating the impact of science policy on socio-economic changes, along with a proposal to introduce a more effective and institutionalized process for evaluating the impact of research on the environment in the form of the Polish Impact Assessment Board.

Specific objectives of the task:

1️⃣ Analysis of the current state of CTT and S.C. operations.

2️⃣ Development of conclusions, recommendations and final report of the study

3️⃣ Analysis of current system conditions of evaluation of scientific units according to criterion III

4️⃣ Conceptualizing the establishment of the Polish Impact Assessment Board

5️⃣ Verification of the concept of the Polish Impact Assessment Board

6️⃣ Development of conclusions, recommendations and final report presenting the concept of the Polish Impact Assessment Board
