To submit a document via the ePUAP platform, please log in to ePUAP (link) and follow the instructions below:
- After logging into ePUAP, select: CASE CATALOG, then: GENERAL CASES.
- Search for and click on: “General Letter to a Public Entity.”
- Następnie zatwierdzamy wybór i naciskamy „Załatw sprawę”.
- In the field “Select the office or institution to which you are submitting the letter,” enter Ł-ORGMASZ.
