Biography
He is a fourth-year PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where he also graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Law and Administration. His doctoral research in international relations focuses on the energy resilience of the European Union. He examines how EU energy security is evolving in response to the energy transition and shifts in the international order, with particular attention to the structural vulnerabilities of Europe’s energy system and its capacity to withstand geopolitical, economic, climate-related, technological and hybrid threats.
