Łukasiewicz – ITECH Launches an Internship Program

Reading time: 3min

What does it look like to work on analyses that support strategic decisions, public policy, and innovation? At Łukasiewicz – ITECH, you can see it in action. We are launching an internship program aimed at students in their final years of study and graduates of analytical, social, technological, and business fields. This is an opportunity for those who want to develop their research, analytical, and project management skills while working on topics important to the economy, the state, and society.

We invite current students and recent graduates to participate.

The paid internship program at Łukasiewicz – ITECH offers the opportunity to get involved in strategic and development projects. Interns can gain experience in preparing analyses, reports, publications, and policy papers, as well as develop their ability to work with data, monitor technological and regulatory trends, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of experts.

We are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who are curious about the world—people who want to better understand the impact of technology on the economy, the state, and society. We particularly value: analytical and critical thinking, strong organizational skills, commitment, the ability to work in a team, and an interest in topics such as the European Union, public policy, security, energy transition, innovation, and global trends.

As part of the program, we offer, among other things, the opportunity to participate in research and analytical projects, a stipend, support from an internship mentor, the chance to develop your skills in a practical setting, and—for selected candidates—the prospect of continued collaboration with the Institute.

The recruitment process includes an online application, an interview, and feedback on the outcome of the process. At Łukasiewicz – ITECH, we value a culture based on feedback and strive to provide it to all participants in the recruitment process.
