Industry Focal Points operate in the following areas: Sustainable Economy, Digital Transformation, Medical Technologies and Health, Smart and Clean Mobility, Low Carbon Technologies and Clean Energy, and Industry 4.0.
BPK’s responsibilities include:
- Organization of specialized training courses on the formation of consortia and acquisition of funds from Horizon Europe,
- Arranging meetings of scientific and business partners and supporting them in writing project proposals,
- Representing Polish entities abroad and seeking international partners for them.
Research institutes, universities, public entities, large enterprises, SMEs, start-ups, associations, foundations, international organizations can participate in the program.

Task description
"Industry Focal Points
for the Framework Programme for Research
and Innovation Horizon Europe"
Pursuant to Article 376 (1) and (2) (2) of the Law of July 20, 2018. – Law on education higher education and science (Dz. U. of 2021 item 478, 619, 1630, 2141 and 2232 ) is established as of 10 January 2022 venture under the name “Sectoral account pointsfile for the framework w for research research i innovation Horizon Europe.” called hereinafter “project”.
I. Subject of the project The subject of the project is the organization in the period from 10 January 2022 until 31 December 2027 industry focal points for the research framework program Horizon Europe, hereinafter referred to as “the program”, whose task is to support the participation of Polish beneficiaries in the program by:
1) Organizing and participating in specialized, thematic training coursesings and workshopsworkshops in the within the scope of the program;
2) organizing i participation w national events matchmaking, networking i brokerage on the program, targeting domestic and foreign partners scientific and business partners;
3) identification i acquisition partnersów to projects w Program, w including cooperation With research organizations, entities funding research, public administration units and entrepreneurs;
4) cooperation with orgsanizations internationally and representing in their forums national entities participating in the program;
5) activity information i promotional concerningą partnerships European funded w under program;
6) individual consultations for scientists, entities leading activity scientificą i entrepreneurs taking share w Program;
7) Monitoring the legislative environment related to program
