Dominika Oleszkiewicz is a graduate of human resource management and logistics with a specialization in coordination of logistics processes. The knowledge she gained allows her to effectively plan, organize and optimize project processes, as well as efficiently coordinate cooperation between stakeholders. She has more than a decade of professional experience, which she started in the field of customer service and sales – working with individual, business and premium customers.
Since 2022, it has been developing in the area of handling and coordinating EU projects. She is currently involved in the implementation of the Industry Focal Points (BPK) project, supporting Polish companies and scientific institutions in obtaining funds from Horizon Europe. In her work, she focuses on coordinating information and organizational activities – especially matchmaking and networking events connecting partners from the world of science and business at home and abroad. She supports beneficiaries in establishing international project partnerships and at the application preparation stage.
He values working with a mission – he sees activities to raise funds for research and innovation as a real contribution to the development of the Polish economy and science.
