Anyone has the right to request accessibility of a digital website or any of its elements. It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the contents of a film without an audiotape, etc.

The Institute declares to implement the request within 7 days from the date of its submission. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the Institute will immediately inform the requester of a possible date for its implementation. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the Institute may propose an alternative way to access the information.
In the event that the Institute refuses to comply with a request to provide accessibility or an alternative means of accessing information, the requester may file a complaint to ensure the accessibility of a digital website or website element. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
Architectural accessibility
1. description of the entrance to the building, including passing through the control, corridors, stairs and elevators, adaptations (e.g. ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops).
The entrance to the building is from Zelazna Street, and is located at ground level, but due to the location of the stairs (right next to the entrance), it is difficult for people in wheelchairs to enter the building. Inside the building, people with disabilities are able to move between floors using elevators. Toilets are not adapted for the disabled. The building is not equipped with platforms, voice information and induction loops.
2. Description of the location and use of parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities.
The parking lot is not suitable for the disabled.
3. information about the right to enter with an assistance dog (and any reasonable restrictions).
It is possible to enter the building with an assistance dog, and a person with a disability is not required to muzzle the assistance dog and lead it on a leash, but should equip the assistance dog with a harness.
A disabled person should have a certificate confirming the status of an assistance dog and certificates of required veterinary vaccinations.
