Control function of the Municipal Council – current state and postulated corrections

📣 The analysis is focused on assessing the possibility of increasing the control functions of municipal councils, especially in the context of the weakening of the position of the constituent bodies after 20021.

👉 The primary goal is to show the subject matter in the context of public policies, mainly administrative policy as a regulatory type policy and its impact on other public policies (development policies) carried out from a bottom-up perspective.

✅ Besides, it is important to point out the functional scope of the analysis, i.e. what can come out of it for the implementation of municipal tasks concerning local public policies, in addition to formal-legal issues.
