Dr. Kamil Bromski

Kamil Bromski, PhD in social sciences, holds a master’s degree in international relations. He specializes in the study of the science-business ecosystem and the socio-economic impact of technology. He has experience in R&D projects, commercialization of innovative solutions and supporting and developing start-ups. He specializes in developing market analysis and technology foresight studies. He has experience in preparing development strategies, internationalization plans and diagnoses of development needs of scientific units and enterprises.

Key research areas: Quantitative and qualitative research of the science-business area, technology foresight, multi-criteria technology analysis and evaluation, innovation systems, trend research and market forecasting

Dr. Artur Kwasniewski

Dr. Artur Kwasniewski, a business and technology expert, holds a doctorate in economics from Kozminski University (Chair of Banking, Insurance and Risk) and a master’s degree in mathematics from Warsaw University. He graduated with honors from an international MBA, postgraduate studies in agribusiness management and business psychology for managers, and from the Microeconomics of Competitiveness program developed by Harvard Business School. He passed an exam allowing him to serve as a member of supervisory boards and management boards in state-owned companies required by the Ministry of the Treasury.

He is currently Manager of the Polish Basalt Technologies Cluster, where he is responsible for operations and effective commercialization of knowledge-based products and services and development of the business ecosystem. Previously, Dr. Artur Kwasniewski held key, both managerial and expert positions related to team management, innovation, technology and finance, e.g. at Orange S.A. (e.g., as representative of Orange S.A. in ETIS Working Group AD2000 https://www.etis.org/en/) and Agency for Industrial Development S.A. (e.g., participation in Executive Program conducted by Gartner https://www.gartner.com/en ). He has participated in many specialized training courses and management programs organized by leading consulting and technology companies, as well as work and study trips to innovative domestic and foreign companies. He has practical experience in, among others, investment preparation, commercialization and implementation of innovations, as well as management of strategic programs and complex projects with high budgets conducted also in an international environment.

Andrew Jarząbek

Technology and economic analyst associated with the topic of multi-faceted technology assessment. Graduate of BSc Business Economics at the University of Westminster in London. He gained analytical and research experience as an analyst at the Polish Economic Institute and the Economic Department of the Polish Embassy in London. At Łukasiewicz-ITECH he is mainly involved in analytical work in the areas of patent analysis, innovation and technology foresight. Coordinator of the project “Science of sustainable development for small and medium-sized enterprises”.

Kinga Panek

Kinga Panek

Biotechnologist, doctoral student at the Intercollegiate Doctoral School of Biotechnology at the University of Gdansk and the Medical University of Gdansk in Gdansk. She has professional experience gained in the public, private and NGO sectors. At Lukasiewicz Institute – ITECH, she works in the area of technology assessment and technology foresight.
