Dr. Monika Klimowicz
Monika Klimowicz, PhD, is a researcher of the socio-economic conditions of European integration. She combines an interdisciplinary approach in the social sciences, being a political scientist and economist.
She has carried out research projects, as part of national and international research teams, funded by the National Science Center and the European Commission. She is the author of many scientific publications resulting from cooperation within national and international research teams.
He works with the social, public and private sectors to implement scientific research projects, solutions and tools for innovation and social investment, evaluation of public programs and academic education.
Key areas of research: innovative solutions and social investment, in areas such as demographic change and local and regional development.

The department is responsible for initiating, developing and implementing innovations in existing business and social processes (subsidy projects and changes to existing processes that bring change to society), as well as central oversight of strategic projects through the project management office (PMO). Its goal is to increase the efficiency of the organization, ensure consistency in project activities and support the long-term development strategy along with the control and substantive supervision of internal projects.
