D. in economics and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
He is currently Deputy Director at the National Center for Nuclear Research and Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Management.

He conducts consulting and educational activities, and is a substantive contributor to legal publications.
Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska-Skierkowska

philosopher, researcher of the development of new technologies, especially green and sustainable technology, humanoid artificial intelligence, social robots and wearable technologies. She received her PhD degree in the discipline of philosophy from the Institute of Philosophy at the UW.
Dr. Agnieszka Skala-Gosk, prof. of PW
Member of the Council of the Institute
Researcher and mentor of the next “generations” of startups in Poland. Heads the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University of Technology.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Lean Launchpad Educators Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Mariusz Strojny
Member of the Council of the Institute
Doctor of Economics with over twenty years of professional experience in economic consulting, information and knowledge management, project management and market research. He gained his professional experience primarily at the international consulting firm KPMG. Since 2016, he has been professionally affiliated with the Warsaw School of Economics as an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Value Management and Representative of the Rector for Technology Transfer.
Dr. Paweł Puczkarski
Member of the Council of the Institute
MPLS Enterprise and Innovation Fellow at the University of Oxford. He works on issues related to the innovation ecosystem, science policies, technology transfer and building connections between universities and innovative industries. He received his PhD in experimental quantum technologies from the Materials Science department, and continued his research work at the University of Oxford’s Chemistry department.
