","team_role_person":"Area Leader - Head of the Security and Defense Innovation Center","team_bio_description":"<p>He is an expert in the deployment of emerging technologies of strategic importance to national security, with a particular focus on satellite data and services, as well as time synchronisation systems. His work examines the strategic dimensions of national security and the impact of new technologies on critical infrastructure resilience, technological sovereignty, and the development of national security and defence capabilities. <\/p>\n<p>He has more than ten years of experience in research, development and implementation projects carried out in cooperation with public authorities, academic institutions and industry partners. His professional background spans satellite geodesy, global navigation satellite systems, Earth observation technologies, and the development of reliable and resilient time synchronisation services\u2014critical to the functioning of the modern digital economy, the continuity of critical infrastructure and the strengthening of national cybersecurity. <\/p>\n<p>He is a co-author of feasibility studies and functional specifications for systems using satellite data and emerging technologies to support critical infrastructure. These include two strategic infrastructure projects with a combined value of nearly PLN 30 million.
