One of the first areas of cooperation will be a project analysing the future skills and workforce needs of the energy storage sector. <\/p><p><strong>Skills for the Growing Energy Storage Sector<\/strong><\/p><p>The development of energy storage technologies is an important element of the energy system transformation. As these solutions become increasingly significant, demand is also growing for specialised skills, technological expertise and a suitably qualified workforce. <\/p><p>The cooperation between \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ITECH and <a href=\"https:\/\/psme.org.pl\/\">PSME<\/a> is intended to create a platform for combining research and analytical expertise with the knowledge and experience of stakeholders in the energy storage market. The collaborative projects will make it possible, among other things, to analyse the sector\u2019s development, its skills and workforce needs, and the changes likely to affect the labour market and the industry\u2019s future operations.  <\/p><p><strong>Collaborative Projects in the Energy Transition Sector<\/strong><\/p><p>The signed letter of intent also opens up opportunities for further projects in the field of energy transition.<\/p><p>The cooperation on behalf of <strong>\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ITECH will be coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/itech.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/en\/zespol\/phd-sc-eng-natalia-ziemianska\/\">Natalia Ziemia\u0144ska, PhD, Sc.
