In May, the cluster expanded its membership base and established collaborations with new business partners. Negotiations were held with three entities, and work was underway on a research and development project involving a modern fertiliser or material that supports plant growth. <\/p>

The cluster\u2019s potential was promoted during the Impact\u201926<\/a><\/strong>, \u201cPartnership for Innovation: Science and Business\u201d<\/a><\/strong> and \u201cBattery Forum Poland 2026<\/a>\u201d<\/strong>. In parallel, funding opportunities for further projects were identified and workshops on the Europe Horizon program were prepared. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On May 13-14, 2026, the cluster was represented at the Impact\u201926<\/a><\/strong> International Congress. Delegates\u2019 activities primarily focused on areas related to the development of modern industry, materials technology, security, defence, and the commercialisation of innovations. <\/p>

The event included bilateral meetings and networking discussions.<\/p>

These activities were aimed at identifying domestic and international partners, developing cooperation with business support institutions, and exploring opportunities for participation in future project initiatives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On May 22, 2026, the conference \u201cPartnership for Innovation: Science and Business\u201d<\/a><\/strong> took place, promoting the potential of cooperation within cluster structures, with particular emphasis on the materials industry and industrial transformation.<\/p>

Day earlier, on May 21st, a study visit was held at the Podkarpackie Innovation Centre<\/strong> (Podkarpackim Centrum Innowacji)<\/strong>.<\/a> This allowed for an analysis of the needs of potential partners, as well as the gathering of information on planned support instruments and directions for innovation policy. <\/p>

The data will be used for the planning of future research and development initiatives and for building national and international consortia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A significant element of promotional activities last month was participation in the PSME Battery Conference<\/a><\/strong> and the Battery Forum Poland 2026<\/a><\/strong>, which took place on 20th May.<\/p>

Attendance at this industry event served to showcase the technological capabilities of the Cluster and facilitate networking with businesses operating in the Energy sector.<\/p>

Interviews were held with the objective of identifying entities suited for collaboration in the areas of production technology, modern materials and industrial transformation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In collaboration with the Horizon Europe<\/strong> Industry Contact Points<\/a><\/strong>, a dedicated training and workshop event was developed for enterprises and research institutions operating within the Cluster\u2019s ecosystem.<\/p>

The substantive scope is directly linked to the priorities of Cluster 4 of the Horizon Europe Program \u201cDigital, Industry and Space\u201d<\/strong>, covering advanced materials<\/strong>, manufacturing technologies<\/strong>, circular industries<\/strong><\/strong> and low-carbon industries<\/strong>.<\/p>

The proposed training modules address issues such as identifying competition, the building international consortia, preparing research and development projects, and the participation of businesses in the European value chain. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
