The goal of the project is to transform these materials into valuable resources in three main areas:  <\/p><ul><li>Recovery of Secondary Raw Materials: Conducting research to recover valuable metals and nonmetals from waste deposits.<\/li><li>Application in Construction: Development of technology to convert mineral fractions into full-fledged and durable building materials.<\/li><li>Agricultural Solutions: Create technologies to use recycled waste as components in the production of mineral fertilizers.<\/li><\/ul><p>The basis of the innovation is the solutions protected by patents Nos. 232492 and 238072. This was one of the most important meetings for the Polish innovation scene, bringing together cluster leaders, entrepreneurs and representatives of business environment institutions from across the country. <\/p><p>The Cluster&#8217;s presence at the Congress was informative and developmental. The event provided an excellent opportunity to present our current technological offer and the innovative potential of our members. The main purpose of participation was to actively build business relations and deepen cooperation with other Polish clusters and strategic partners. The Congress in Zielona Gora enabled an intensive exchange of contacts and knowledge, which is crucial for expanding the Cluster&#8217;s reach and initiating new interregional projects.   <\/p><p>The event itself, in keeping with tradition, was a platform for the exchange of experience and substantive discussions on the latest trends in cluster management and the challenges facing the Polish economy. The purpose of the talks was to discuss the possibility of strengthening cooperation at the regional level and defining potential areas of joint action.  <\/p><p>During the meeting, the profile of the Cluster&#8217;s activities was discussed in detail, presenting our innovative projects and the technological potential of the members, especially in the context of raw material and material transformation. A key topic of discussion was the definition of a cooperation platform to enable constant and effective contact with local entrepreneurs from Zielona G\u00f3ra and the entire Lubuskie region, in order to identify common research and development needs and initiate projects aimed at leveraging local resources and potential. <\/p><p>The Lubuskie region, due to its location and economic activity, is an area of special interest for the Cluster. The dynamically developing Lubuskie market, combined with the research and expert facilities present in the PTB Cluster, creates favorable conditions for the implementation of innovations and the creation of new, technologically advanced solutions. We consider the Lubuskie region to be an important pillar of our activity and development.  <\/p><p>The meeting ended with the establishment of a schedule for the next steps. The Special Economic Zone is a dynamic environment where innovation and material efficiency are key to competitiveness. Our solutions, especially in the area of new materials and raw material processing, can provide significant added value for zone companies.  <\/p><p>Presentation of the Cluster&#8217;s Offer<\/p><p>As a result of the meeting, it was agreed that the Cluster will organize an informational meeting (or a series of meetings in one event), during which it will present in detail its technological offerings and R&amp;D projects directly to the entities and organizations gathered in the Zone.<\/p><p>This presentation is scheduled for November or December of this year. This will be a key opportunity for direct dialogue on the specific needs of entrepreneurs and tailoring our solutions to their specific production needs. <\/p><p>Intensifying contacts with the LSSE is an important step in the development of the Cluster, allowing us to reach a wide range of innovative companies and implement our technologies on an industrial scale.<\/p><p> <\/p><p> Cluster Council. In particular, a model for raising funds by the Cluster is being prepared. The MODEL NAMED: &#8220;Coordination \/ implementation service for the principal&#8221; will consist of services:  <\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Needs analysis and unit customization.<\/li><li>Verification of the readiness of the institution to carry out the task.<\/li><li>Organizational support of the contact.<\/li><li>Supervision of proper communication and implementation.<\/li><li>Formal and substantive counseling (if applicable).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>The implementation of the model is expected to allow the cluster to legally and transparently collect fees for bringing entities together, without violating public finance and procurement regulations. It will also allow the cluster to continue not collecting membership fees. <\/p><p>Preliminary work is also underway on the second element recommended by the Cluster Council, i.e. tuning the cluster&#8217;s strategy to the increasing monetization opportunities associated with the established and rapidly growing business ecosystem of the Polish Basalt Technologies Cluster. Thus, the formalities of organizational changes were completed. This will allow the smooth safeguarding of the interests of members and partners of the PTB Cluster and the uninterrupted continuation of strategic and project activities.   <\/p><p>Dr. Ing. Natalia Zieminskaya is an experienced manager and engineer, specializing in conducting research, implementing technological innovations and optimizing industrial processes.
