class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As we reported, the Cluster plans to actively participate in a project on the possibility of using flotation waste from, among other things, Iron Bridge Lake in the areas: <\/p><ol><li><strong>Recovery of metals and non-metals<\/strong> &#8211; conducting research activities aimed at recovering secondary raw materials from flotation waste deposits.<\/li><li><strong>Application in construction<\/strong> &#8211; developing the possibility of converting mineral fractions into full-value building materials.<\/li><li><strong>Agricultural applications<\/strong> &#8211; development of technologies that allow the use of processed waste as mineral fertilizer components.<\/li><\/ol><p>At this stage, the Cluster has stepped up its efforts to obtain the approvals necessary to launch the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kgssa.pl\">Krajowa Grupa Spo\u017cywcza S.A.<\/a> is cooperating with members of the Polish Basalt Technologies Cluster in the area of innovative research and development projects.<\/p><p>As planned and in cooperation with <a href=\"https:\/\/ins.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/index.php\/pl\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lukasiewicz &#8211; INS<\/span><\/a>, a project application for <strong>MUD DECO<\/strong> was submitted in September.<\/p><p>The <strong>BEETPACK<\/strong> project &#8211; &#8220;Innovative use of sugar beet biomass for the production of biodegradable packaging materials and modifiers &#8211; as biodegradants for plastics&#8221; (KPOD.01.13-IW.10-000U\/25), submitted in April, is under evaluation. cooperating for several years with the <a href=\"https:\/\/polskiklaster.pl\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Polish Construction Cluster.<\/span><\/a> <\/p><p>It is planned to further deepen and develop cooperation in the implementation of joint initiatives, research and development projects and activities promoting modern technologies and solutions for the construction Cluster Council. In particular, a model for raising funds by the Cluster is being prepared. The MODEL NAMED: &#8220;Coordination \/ implementation service for the principal&#8221; will consist of services:  <\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Needs analysis and unit customization.<\/li><li>Verification of the readiness of the institution to carry out the task.<\/li><li>Organizational support of the contact.<\/li><li>Supervision of proper communication and implementation.<\/li><li>Formal and substantive counseling (if applicable).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>The implementation of the model is expected to allow the cluster to legally and transparently collect fees for bringing entities together, without violating public finance and procurement regulations. It will also allow the cluster to continue not collecting membership fees. <\/p><p>Preliminary work is also underway on the second element recommended by the Cluster Council, i.e. tuning the cluster&#8217;s strategy to the increasing monetization opportunities associated with the established and rapidly growing business ecosystem of the Polish Basalt Technologies Cluster. Thus, the formalities of organizational changes were completed. Natalia Zieminskaya is an experienced manager and engineer, specializing in conducting research, implementing technological innovations and optimizing industrial processes.
