Gender Equality Plan

Łukasiewicz – ITECH Institute of Innovation and Technology introduces a Gender Equality Plan defining goals for equal treatment of women and men, actions aimed at achieving these goals, performance indicators and organizational units that will be responsible for achieving the goals.

The Gender Equality Plan is addressed to all Łukasiewicz – ITECH employees and aims to respect the value of gender equality. We strive to ensure that the Institute operates in a place that respects the principles of equality and diversity and is free from discrimination.

The Gender Equality Plan was prepared based on an analysis of the situation of women and men at Łukasiewicz – ITECH. The data required for this analysis were collected in 2022 and 2023.
