Electronic Mailbox
The Electronic Mailbox is implemented via the electronic platform of public administration services (ePUAP).
In order to submit an application using the Electronic Inbox, it is necessary to have a free user account on the ePUAP platform.

To submit a document via the ePUAP platform, log in to ePUAP (link) and follow the instructions below:
After logging in to ePUAP, select: CATALOGUE OF CASES, then: GENERAL CASES.
Search for and click: “General letter to a public entity.”Confirm your selection and click “Deal with the matter.”
In the “Select the office or institution to which you are submitting the letter” field, enter Ł-ORGMASZ.
