Patent Integrator
Our main goal is to integrate knowledge and activities undertaken by entities in three areas: invention, intellectual property (IP) management and commercialization of solutions. We focus on providing services and providing patent analysis reports needed at every stage of the process of creating and implementing innovations. We increase the organization’s chances of achieving success in R&D, obtaining patent protection and introducing products to markets. We also provide assessments of the innovativeness of technologies that constitute a substantive contribution to applications for project funding.

BUSINESS REPORTS IN THE AREA OF IP PROPERTY
The offer includes seven components (reports) to choose from, depending on the client’s individual needs. Each of them provides value to recipients on its own or as a complement to studies from other categories.

- Company Relationship Analysis – visualizes relationships and similarities between entities based on patent portfolios, citations and co-ownership. Identifies dependencies to recognize for both competitors and potential partners.
- Licensee Locator – indicates entities potentially interested in purchasing or selling patent licenses.
- M&A Simulation – enables understanding the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the patent portfolio – including: in the area of synergies or divergences between the two portfolios and the subsequent impact on the organization.
- Portfolio Pruning Report – supports the IP portfolio reduction strategy, including: estimating the costs of maintaining a patent portfolio.
- Patent Value Report –

STRATEGIC REPORT ON TECHNOLOGIES IN A GIVEN TECHNOLOGY AREA
A universal product that can be adapted to the specific expectations of many types of organizations. The information provided supports decision-makers in R&D and IP management, commercialization and market expansion. The advantage of the report is graphical summaries of data and conclusions that are clear to the recipient.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MONITORING SERVICE
As part of the service, the Customer receives periodic alerts about changes in patent databases for the observed technologies or entities. We inform, among others: about changes in legal statuses, deadlines in the patent procedure, new applications and granted patents, as well as the activity of competitors and partners.
Characteristic:
- monitoring databases of all patent jurisdictions in the world;
- notifications sent daily, weekly or upon detection of changes;
- monthly subscription cost independent of the number of alerts received;
- free alerts regarding changes in the state of technology established by Łukasiewicz – ITECH;
- access links to patent documentation indicated in the alerts;
- ability to personalize a set of alerts for the client;
a service rarely provided by patent offices.
